We believe in delivering 100% Customer Satisfaction, because a happy customer brings a thousand reasons for happiness and success. Under some circumstances (Extreme) If you are not satisfied with the sizes/ or if you find any fault from our side with your purchase please read our policy below.
- Returns are permitted and must be initiated by the buyer within 7 days of the delivery date.
- In order to return an item, you must email us first about the return.
- Return item must be attached with original invoice and original retail box and packaging.
- Returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fees for cancel order or refund.
- We will refund selling price only; shipping and handling fees will NOT be refunded in ANY situation- NO EXCEPTIONS.
- If you selected the size/type and after receiving it, you find it to be the wrong size/type- then it is not our fault and, is not qualified for any refunds. We will exchange it as a courtesy provided you send it at your cost and also provide us with return.
